Crystal Hot Springs Water has a Total TDS readout of 46,000ppm, which equivocates to just over 5% by volume. That is as much mineral content as Ocean Water! There are natural Hot & Cold Springs that surface within 50 feet of each other. By properly blending these two water sources, the Springs are naturally heated and cooled, creating an extremely pure soaking experience free of hazardous chemicals, residues, & vapors commonly found in traditional pools, saunas, & hot tubs.

The history of Crystal Hot Springs is just as rich as its mineral content. The Native American viewed the area as safe-haven and sacred site, raising camps near the spring in the Winter Months for Generations before white settlers arrived in the area. It provided a much-needed wind-break,source of heat, & mineralization that largely contributed to survival during Utah’s harsh Winters. According to Legend, because the Site was Sacred to the Natives, there are Burial Grounds around the Spring. During the Construction of the Continental Railroad, it was used by Chinese Rail Workers who built Cedar Tubs, allowing the waters to freely flow in, providing much needed relief for Sore Muscles and Exhausted Spirits.

Before Long, more and more settlers moved into the area and people frequented the springs for their healthful properties and debatably curative powers and the hot springs grew in popularity. In 1901, it was turned into a Business Enterprise and called Crystal Hot Springs because the “Crystal Clarity” of the water. It has been open since that time under that name and remains the Most Popular Commercial Hot Spring in Northern Utah.
